Draft on this device

This can include client and bank payment details. Use it only on a device you trust. The draft stays in this browser until you clear it or it expires.

Add your company name, the client name, and at least one item with a description to generate the invoice.

We do not save this form as a server-side document after PDF generation. Your browser saves a 7-day draft only if you select the option above.

What this document is for

Use this receipt to acknowledge that the amount shown for your own transaction was received in full. Keep independent payment records that support it.

What it is not

A receipt is not an invoice, a card-network record, bank confirmation, or independent proof that a disputed payment occurred.

When to use another document

Use an invoice to request unpaid money. Use a quote or estimate before agreement, and a proforma for a non-fiscal advance document.

Frequently asked questions

When should I issue this receipt?

Issue it only after your business has received the full payment shown. Keep the matching bank, cash, or payment-provider record.

Can I copy a shop or hotel receipt?

No. This tool is for acknowledging your own legitimate transaction, not recreating or changing a third-party or branded receipt.

Does this receipt replace an invoice?

No. An invoice requests or records an amount due. A receipt acknowledges payment. Your country may require you to keep both or use an official fiscal system.
