Pricing questions

What does the free tier include?

The current free tier includes making and downloading unlimited professional invoices. No payment card is required, and there is no invoice limit, watermark or client cap. Invoice labels are available through 80 selectable language options. The listed Pro extras are additional to that current core. Local requirements still need to be verified for your transaction.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You only enter payment details if you choose to buy Pro. The free core never asks for a card.

Is Pro really a one-time payment?

Yes. Pro costs a one-time total of €49 for lifetime access to the listed extras, including applicable location-specific tax. Paddle shows the exact tax breakdown before you pay. Pro does not renew, and there is no monthly or annual subscription for new purchases.

Can my lifetime Pro access lapse?

No. A completed lifetime purchase does not expire. Your invoices and data also remain accessible and exportable independently of the paid extras.

What is outside Lifetime Pro?

Lifetime Pro covers the software features listed on this page. Optional services with a direct per-use provider cost are not included; when offered, they use separate one-time credit packs that show their price before use and do not renew. They do not change or expire your Lifetime Pro access.
