Why these templates work
Built for real invoicing
Every design carries the fields a valid invoice needs: parties, a unique number, dates, line items, tax shown separately, and totals. Not a pretty shell you have to finish by hand.
Totals and tax done for you
You enter quantities and rates; the generator calculates the subtotal, VAT or sales tax per line, any discount, and the amount due. The same engine that powers paid accounts.
A real PDF, not an image
You download a proper PDF with selectable text, so the layout and figures cannot be altered in transit and your client can file it cleanly.
Free and private
No sign-up, no watermark, no email wall. The invoice is generated on the spot and nothing you enter is saved to our servers.
Frequently asked questions
Are these invoice templates really free?
Yes. You can fill in any of the six designs and download a finished PDF invoice for free, with no account and no watermark. Nothing you enter is stored.
Do I need to sign up to use a template?
No. Open the generator, choose a design, add your details and items, and download the PDF. An account is optional and only useful if you want to save clients and reuse invoices later.
What file format do I get?
A PDF. It has selectable text and a fixed layout, so the totals and design stay exactly as generated when you email or print it.
Can I add my logo, bank details and VAT number?
Yes. Every template has fields for your business name, address, tax or VAT number, bank account or IBAN, and your client. Fill in what applies and the rest is left off.
Which template should I choose?
Any of them produces a valid invoice; the choice is about tone. Classic and Boutique read as refined and editorial, Minimal and Compact are clean and efficient, Corporate looks established, and Office is a traditional itemised layout. Open a couple and download a sample to compare.
